WAW! Return Policy

At WAW!, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you're not happy with a product, we offer returns for qualifying products within three (3) days of receiving your shipment. Please note that only products marked with the tag “Enjoy hassle-free returns with this offer” are eligible for returns. Products that do not meet the return criteria cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Return Process:

  1. Return Request: You have three (3) days from the receipt of your shipment to request a return for eligible products.
  2. Return Approval: Returns will not be accepted unless we have notified you that the return has been approved.
  3. Return Timeframe: It may take up to a week for your returned item to reach our fulfillment center, depending on your location. Once received, please allow up to two (2) business days for us to process your return.
  4. Refund Processing: Once your return has been processed, it may take up to seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for your refund to be credited to your credit card or to your WAW! wallet if you paid with cash. Refunds are subject to the condition of the returned product.

Return Conditions by Product Category:

  1. Electronics and Mobile Phones:
    • Product must be returned with original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
    • If the product has been used, the box has been opened, or the seal has been removed, returns will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If returning due to a manufacturing defect, all accessories, information booklets, and original packaging must also be returned.
  2. Beauty and Health:
    • Hair care, personal care, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and sports nutrition products are non-returnable.
    • Opened or used cosmetics, perfumes, and sanitary products are not eligible for return.
  3. Fashion:
    • Lingerie, underwear, swimwear, bras, stockings, and hosiery are non-returnable.
    • Apparel may only be returned if unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging intact.
    • Shoes, eyeglasses, watches, bags, and luggage must be returned with original packaging and tags intact.
  4. Home and Kitchen:
    • Furniture and large appliances are non-returnable.
    • Home decor products must be unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging to qualify for returns.
    • Bedding products that have been opened or used will not be accepted.
    • Used, modified, assembled, or installed products are non-returnable unless defective.
  5. Sports and Outdoors:
    • Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
  6. Toys and Games:
    • Fashion clothes are non-returnable.
    • Used or reactivated toys and games, or items missing parts, cannot be returned.
  7. Baby Products:
    • Hygiene, feeding, training accessories, diapers, bath care, and medical treatments are non-returnable.
    • Eligible baby products must be sealed, unopened, and returned with original packaging.
  8. Market (Groceries):
    • All groceries are non-returnable.
  9. Cars:
    • Product must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
    • Used, opened, or altered products will not be accepted unless defective. All original accessories, booklets, and packaging must be returned for defective items.
  10. Home Improvement Tools:
  • Must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
  1. Books:
  • Books must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition to be eligible for return.
  1. Pet Supplies:
  • Must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Perishable goods, including foods and nutritional supplements, cannot be returned.
  1. Stationery and Office Supplies:
  • Must be returned in original condition with all packaging and materials.
  • Used or damaged items are non-returnable.

General Return Conditions:

  • Return Eligibility: WAW! reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
  • Failed Return Attempts: If a return request is declined at any stage, we will make two (2) delivery attempts to return the product to you. If both attempts are unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three (3) business days at our delivery center.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping may be at the customer’s expense if the product does not meet the return conditions.

Important Notes:

  • Returns are subject to inspection. Any returned item deemed used, damaged, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund.
