Policy
At WAW!, we understand
that sometimes things don't work out as expected. That's why we offer an
easy-to-process refund policy to ensure that our customers are satisfied with
their purchases. Below, you’ll find the details of our refund policy for
different situations:
1. I Received a Defective or Damaged
Item, Can I Get a Refund?
If you receive a
product that is damaged or defective, we want to make it right for you. Here's
how the process works:
- Return Process: You may return the product in the same condition
in which you received it, with the original packaging and box intact.
- Refund: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it,
we will process a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred during
the return.
2. I Received the Wrong Item, How Can I
Return It?
In the unlikely event
that we send you the wrong item, we’ll make it easy for you to return it:
- Return Process: Please return the product in the same condition
you received it, along with the original packaging.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we
will process a full refund, including shipping costs, within 3 days of
receiving the product.
3. I Have Changed My Mind, Can I Return
What I Purchased?
If you change your mind
about a purchase, we offer a return option under the following conditions:
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it is
shipped, simply contact us or cancel it directly through your WAW!
account. We will process a full refund, including any applicable shipping
charges. The refund will be credited back to the original credit/debit
card within 7-14 working days.
- After Delivery: If you change your mind after receiving the
product, you have up to 3 days to return the item. The following
conditions apply:
- Returns must be made according
to WAW!’s return policy.
- Products must be in their
original, sealed packaging.
- Apparel and costume items must
have the original tags and seal intact.
4. I Made a Credit Card Transaction. How
Can I Get a Refund?
If you made a payment
via credit or debit card, we’ve outlined the different refund processes based
on the circumstances:
- Order Canceled Before Shipment: If your order is canceled before shipment, the
refund will be credited back to your credit/debit card automatically. The
amount will reflect in your card account within 7-14 working days.
- Order Canceled After Shipment
but Not Delivered: If your
order was canceled after shipment but before delivery, we will issue a
full refund in the form of WAW! store credit within 24 hours. Upon
request, we can arrange for the refund to be transferred back to your
credit/debit card, which may take up to 30 days to appear on your card
statement, depending on your bank.
- Order Delivered: If your order has been delivered and you qualify
for a return under WAW!’s return policy, we will process the refund after
inspection and issue the refund as WAW! store credit within 24 hours. You
may also request that we transfer the refund back to your credit/debit
card. In this case, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on
your card statement.
- WAW! Wallet Refund: If the refund is issued as store credit, you can
request to transfer the balance from your WAW! wallet back to your
credit/debit card or bank account within 180 days (6 months) from the date
of the request.
Important Notes:
- Refunds for returned products
are subject to inspection and must meet all return conditions.
- In cases where the return
conditions are not met, the product may be returned to the customer, and
no refund will be issued.
